    Dear Ms. Huttner,

As the proud father of Jennifer Grausman, Producer & Co-Director with Mark Becker of Pressure Cooker, I am thrilled to see your recognition of her film. It is deeply gratifying.

As the founder of C-CAP, the program that helps teachers like (well there really isn’t anyone like) Wilma to help their students find a career in the food service and hospitality industry, I am very pleased that it has inspired my daughter to make such a deeply moving film.

I was in Chicago to attend several of the screenings, one with 700 high school students from our Chicago program, and I am constantly impressed with how the film touches everyone in the audience no matter of age or economic background. It is truly a film that needs to be seen by many people both here and abroad, and I hope that it will eventually gain wide distribution.

Does Oprah read your reviews? Mrs. Stephanson (Wilma) and Fatoumata seem to be two characters that she would naturally champion if she knew about Pressure Cooker.

Thanks for your discerning eye and your Hot Pink Pen!!
